Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and supplier management, preferably in multi-national company.
Skills and knowledge
• In-depth knowledge and practice in IQC or SQE, OQC or customer service, and familiar with Quality tools.
• Open, willing to learn attitude, can influence others and also open to new things and ideas.
• Strong communication and problem solving skill. Be able to coach, handle and resolve inter-personnel conflicts.
• Willing to work and get result through team working.
• ISO9001 and 6-Sigma work experience.
• Willing to travel both in China and overseas
• Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
职位3:Quality Engineer (IQC & OQC)-增强型显示器
Qualifications:
Education Background
• Bachelor degree, with major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience
• Minimum 5 years in LCD/EMS manufacturing, preferably with automatic robot development, application and maintenance experience
Skills and knowledge
• Strong communication and problem solving skill
• With mfg process know-how, and familiar with process sustaining
• Familiar with shop-floor system and SAP
• With knowledge of 6 sigma, SPC, DOE process, FMEA, and Control Plan
• Demonstrated ability of multitask, and initiative for the improvement with mini guidance
• ISO knowledge and continual improvement concept
• Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
